Mary Nell Holly

This is a striking evergreen shrub or small tree known for its dense, pyramidal shape and dark green, glossy foliage with distinctive spiny edges. Its produces small white flowers in spring, followed by abundant bright red berries in fall and winter - an excellent source of color and interest during colder months and a favorite of birds.

Mary Nell Holly makes a bold statement as a specimen plant, privacy screen, or formal hedge, and responds well to pruning. It's heat and drought tolerant once established, and grows well in full sun to part shade.
